Do you have a different email address or phone number on file with Google to help with recovery contact, some place for them to send you a temporary password or reset link, after you can confirm its your account, this is done properly answering the security questions, AND ANSWERING THE RECOVERY MSG IMMEDIATELY.

If you remember your Google gmail password and are able to respond to your security question, you can login to Google on any computer and open your account.
Just be sure to click No when it asks to remember your PW, and don't forget you logout when done and close browser window, so no one else and nose around in your account
You did not tell me what is wrong, did you switch phones and can not gain access from new phone, could be the phone
But more frequently is bad human memory entering wrong Data
The gmail address, password was entered incorrectly, wrong uppercase letter, symbol wrong, date of birth, security question answer
Forgetting we changed the PW, and having the phone store it, and not having it set firmly in memory is a frequent problem,
I don't recall all the phone numbers and so forth.
How Can I Reactivate my Google Account?
That I knew, or passwords to websites I don't go to every day, my phone my tablet my laptop computer stores that information, I'm fortunate to recall the password to my Wi-Fi hotspot router so I can log in and perform maintenance and pay my bill.
